Meet the Team

Ed Marius , Owner Operator

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the roadside assistance business, including securing and managing contracts, controlling expenses, and making key business decisions. Duties also include bookkeeping, financial management, maintaining accurate records of expenses, and ensuring proper documentation of services through authorized signatures. Additionally, responsible for keeping a detailed logbook, reporting any vehicle damages or issues to dispatch and Operations Managers, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Fabienne Marius , Regional Network Manager

Drives company growth by identifying and qualifying leads, pursuing new business opportunities, and forming strategic partnerships. Focuses on client relationship management, building strong connections with new and existing clients. Responsible for negotiating and closing deals, developing and implementing business strategies, and tracking key metrics to report on business development progress.

Claude Castel , District Field & Training Manager

Florida, NC and Massachusetts

Responsible for coaching new employees, developing training programs, and assessing business needs. Oversees employee training, coordinates program updates with management, and researches industry trends and training methods to ensure effective and up-to-date instruction.

Johnathan Taylor, District Field Manager

Los Angeles California and Houston TX

Oversees the Roadside Assistance team, managing contractors, enforcing service standards, resolving customer complaints, and improving response times and coverage. Responsible for implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent roadside service.

Precious Kawaakoa, District Field Manager

Riverside CA

Leads the Roadside Assistance team by managing contractors, ensuring high service standards, resolving complaints, and improving response times and coverage. Also responsible for implementing and maintaining roadside service policies and procedures.

Mitchaela Flore, District Field & Training Manager
